Everything was plug-and-play out of the box. Computer is fast and easy to use ... love the fact that there is no big, awkward tower to deal with ("all-in-one" means your computer guts are contained in the monitor.)

I've only been using my new HP PC a couple of weeks and I have no complaints. I love not having a tower. I had planned on buying a laptop but this beats a laptop any day. Nice large monitor, quiet, cordless keyboard and cordless mouse. I would gladly recommend this HP PC to my friends and family.
