The product is great, but the packaging is a total fail. I ordered 8, and they were stacked in a box together with brown paper between one set of 4 and another set of four. Only 3 of the 8 did not completely shatter during shipping. They were packed absolutely wrong.

First I only ordered 2 items for pick-up then was told I cant pick them up inside the store I have to go park and wait in a Que system to have my order brought out to me I sat for over an hour and a half to find out they had neither of my items and substituted the one item for a similar one also ...

Horrible smell and over priced substitution. The candle that was substituted cost $3.33 and had flowery scent. Very Bad Choice!!!

LOVE this candle and the beautiful jar. Very aromatic and perfect for refreshing my living room and dining area. Didn't come with a lid but that's not a deal breaker for me. 5 stars all the way and a better deal than B
