The bottom of my bed gave out and it's broken. I'm definitely not impressed and would like a replacement.

U don't send all the parts so I have no bed to use have half a bed frame an no reply when I asked about

The bed does not come with a solid fixed support bar. You need to buy a separate one or you will break it. Also the bed is very light so it keeps moving when you hop on it even with a heavy mattress. Overall it is not really usable. You will absolutely regret your purchase.
