I bought the keyed lever door lock, and after 11 years it did not retract. Kwikset sent me a new mechanism with no cost. They really honor their warranty!

Great lock but surface coating came off after 4 years. However, contacted Kwiket and they replaced the lock free of charge.

after less than 3 years, this handle broke. the customer service person was helpful and responsive although the replacement part took 12 days to arrive. They should have sent it overnight express
