While the mattress did not work for me personally I am giving the company five stars. They made an effort in working with me to resolve some issues. But when that didnt work they the promptly returned my payment after requesting that I donate the mattress to a charity organization.

So far best mattress I've ever had! I'm a hot sleeper and usually wake up with lower back pain. But since I got this mattress I've slept so well! Nothing bad to say from me.
