Ordered a refurbished Dehumidifier - first one arrived did not work out of the box... Walmart replaced it with a 2nd refurbished unit that one lasted about 1.5 months befor the pump when out. sending it back and sticking with the factory new... hoping for better luck

Does not cont drain due to design flaw. Junk. Pump portion leaks. Screwed either way.

This unit shipped quick. Very quiet and love the way pump only runs when bucket is full. Basement air dry. Can't say about Bluetooth feature not using it.

looks like it was dropped on it's top has stretch marks on top control panel. missing parts. no float indicator in tank.
