This is really good, but I add fresh "colored" peppers to bring a little color and life into the dish, as well as fresh mushrooms and onions.. Then in place of ground beef used the Steak-Ums. It spot on tastes like a Cheese Steak if you make it this way. Very delish and I highly recommend.
