I bought this chair through Walmart.com It was shipped from a company called ID Rack. The piston in this office chair failed and leaked oil all over my carpet. It was only 3 months old. I called Id Rack and they told me it only had a 60 day warranty.

The option to make the chair to learn back so it's not straight all the time, doesn't work. I can't lean back and relax

C;hair does not sit down enough to fit at desk and is uncomfortable.

Overall a dry nice chair for my home office. One spot in the finish was rough but that was it. Putting it together was tricky, as the bolt holes did not line up easily. Having said that I do very much like the chair.
