I weld regular for paintings and the only problem that i found is that spatter gets handed the protector and hit the real darkening lens i put a small layer of silicone across the brim of in which the protector sits and this regarded to be a quick fix

I should replace the battery a couple times a 12 months even though I do not use it tons. The battery is an unusual size that isn't to be had in shops.
