It holds even the largest rolls of paper, and looks nice. It's not attached to the floor of course, so you do kind of have to hold it when tearing paper off, but you can move it and put it where it is convenient, and that is after all, why I bought it.

Item is exactly as pictured and a good value for the cost. It works well with coreless toilet paper rolls. Delivery was prompt. I would recommend this item.

I like the way this looks, but I had to glue more foam pieces to the bottom because the metal scratched my tile floor, and had to also glue a weight into the base to keep it from falling over. Wouldn't really recommend unless you want to do some modifications.
