first-rate product!!!!!! One flaw, the wire connector is poor and from the photo got here out after 1 day of use.replace, I contacted the vendor and that they despatched me a new cable. They where very responsive and took care of the trouble virtually rapid. first rate carrier!

Winch is properly made. set up is straightforward if you have all the parts. The switch unit with the cables mounts to the winch with small black steel clips with one screw in each. alas, one of the small metal clips is lacking, cannot find it anywhere within the container.
