Seems to gunk up the leaks good with every Bars product. I stick with them and Lucas. Careful in winter, because the oil pressure climbs with thicker additives !

My VW Passat V6 had a leaky cam seal plug , leaking oil on the exhaust ( common on Audi and VW V6 Engines) Causing burnt Smoke coming from the vents. After a week the smell is gone. These additives dont always work due to torn gaskets or big cracks but so far is working on my 1999 engine.
