Spring/Summer must have! I came across this top in store. It is adorable! Looks very cute on. The material is easy breezy, and nice quality. I love the option of wearing it on/off the shoulder. The arm holes go down really low and will show your bra. If you wear it off your shoulders, it will ride up when you raise your arms.
