Overall very satisfied with the product thus far. Setup was quick and easy. It does not seem to be very loud, and the air is nice and cool. It is on easy-rolling wheels, which makes it so much better to move around as it is a bit heavy. I think it will be perfect for our small space!

It's a great portable AC unit. Comes in a package that slides right off so it's not super challenging to unbox it, and has virtually no assembly except for setting up the window kit.

Great air conditioner! Easy to set up and works like a charm. I am using it in my garage , so I can work in there in the heat of summer. Puts out cold air right away. Very quiet , I can play music without having to blast the volume. Highly recommended!

I live in a 4 family flat in st. Louis and this product allows me to move the air in the direction I need to with out a second window unit or a fan. Installation was easy although I did have to cut the plastic pieces for the window.
