Used this thermostat to replace the defective one in my 2005 Cobalt. So far so good! Car heats right up now and maintains the engine right at 180 to 190 degrees. Great product!

Thermostat went in as easy as the original was taken out. Just remember to install new one the same orientation as the old. Replacing your old thermostat is good maintenance tactic on a healthy cooling system.

Exact fit. The engine is now operating at the temperature it should be at. Who knew that a bad thermostat would cause a Check Engine Light to illuminate? I learn something new every day.

I installed this thermostat in a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox and it works fine after one week. The gasket had some paper fibers adhering to it when I removed it from the box. I wet it and rubbed them off before installing it. The fibers probably came from the box after the thermostat was tested and...
