Just as pictured. Super cute and sturdy. It doesn't look to kiddy- we have it in our mid-century living room and it blends right in. 18 month old and 5 year old both access it easily and we don't have to worry about the lid snapping down on them.

This Mid-Century Kid toy box is adorable! I got it to put some of my kids toys in the living room. It's was pretty simple to put together. I did it myself and it took about 45 min - one hour. It was packaged very nicely and nothing was damaged in transit. Very happy with this purchase!

Looks great. Easy to build. Safe. The lid closes smoothly and will not squish fingers with the hydraulic lifts.

This toy chest is a great accent piece in any room. I like how the lid is a slow-close lid so it doesn't collapse easily when my toddler opens or shuts it. It is good for medium to small-sized toys but not good for bigger items. The instructions were easy to read/follow.
