It's glass. I much prefer it to the plastic one that had to be replaced. It fits. I'm always a bit concerned that the replacement won't work / fit.

Very low quality, especially when compared to the original. The lid is of a cheap, light weight, plastic of some kind that came warped. The bottom cap is also rather weak appearing. I don't expect it to last long. What I really needed was the glass pitcher and that is pretty good except for...

Lid is flimsy. Base is weak. The original was much more solid. Lid does not seal properly.
