The armchair is amazing! Great fabric and color that you can't understand if you look at the picture. It is narrow and good for small spaces. It works very smoothly! Massage is not exactly something you can feel well but all the positions are perfect for an elderly person.

Within the first month of having the chair, the left side came loose. It feels as though the frame snapped. I attempted for months to exchange the chair, but it was never back in stock. My return window is now closed. I also had an issue with the remote failing. The company did send a replacement...
