The chair has a HOLE in the back!!! What do I do with it? It says no red turns or refunds. This is a $300 chair that was delivered with a hole in it!!

Not worth $250. The chair will not stay in the upright position because the latch doesn't work. So if you lean back, even slightly, it goes all the way back into reclining position. I can't use it comfortably at the computer because I can't lean back. And of course this started happening afte...
