The cups came in perfect condition! I used them for a client so I don't know how long it keeps cold drinks cold or hot drinks hot.

To the other reviewer that complained of mold in the lid. That lid can easily be taken apart and cleaned. The center part unsnaps and you can easily wash and snap the pieces back together. I love this cup over my Artic because of this lid. I always manage to spill my water in my Artic cup but...

Love this cup keeps water cold and my coffee nice and hot. I love the fact that when I have coffee my cup is not hot on the outside. Will definetly recomend.

Everything stays super cold. If you want to take the closure off of the lid to clean it just turn the lid upside down and push the fastener in the middle. It easily comes off and you can easily snap it back on. Love it!

The previous reviews prompted me to purchase. The great news is that they were all true. Easy to clean lid, hot stays hot, cold stays cold for 24 hours +. I would buy again.
