Live in the Keweenaw Peninsula of UP of Michigan. Get at least almost 300 inches of snow in the winter. I just have a FWD SUV and it outperforms AWD's. For example going up this one icy hill and I got up it without trouble even passed two AWD SUV's that got stuck on the hill.

Live in Michigan. I put these tires on my 2016 Yukon XL in November. Relatively mild 2016-2017 winter but when it snowed the performance from the Discoverer M+S was excellent. They were so much better in the snow than the OEM Continental tires that it was hard to believe. Worth the investment....
