I absolutely love this pull-up bar! I used it to hang my aerial yoga silk. Assembly was relatively quick, definitely painless, and I love that being as tall as I am (6ft) I can hang from it, with three feet of space below my feet. I highly recommend!

I was able to assemble this by myself. I think it needs two more bolts/nuts, but works ok with the ones provided. Two more would provide extra security in the height adjustment poles. They could easily be found at any hardware store. I use this frame outside for my yoga swing.
