I love my Circulon set because not only it makes a very easy job to clean afterwards, but it cooks healthier meals with less or no oil. I personally use a little bit of olive oil often. I've had a set of anodized Circulon for years and they've always served me well. Needed to replace a couple of smaller skillets (not Circulon) and thought I'd give the new ones a try. They've worked very well so far.
