This is an amazing vac for the price. it is good on rug and hard floor. the turbo head is great for the car rugs. The noise level was surprisingly low.

This is my second Bissell vacuum...and the experience was just as good the second time! Service was fast, product is sturdy and does a great job! It's for a rental house and I needed something that was intuitively easy and would hold up. I got a Bissell!!
