Pros: I love them. The cook evenly and are heavy. Cons: they are slightly larger than some 9' pans and my cakes appear a little flatter than usual in them.

Love these! They have a good non-stick surface, though I grease & flour anyway...Just to make sure they stay wonderful, I wash, gently, by hand.

Pros: High Heat Tolerance, Non-Stick, Heavy Duty, Bakes Evenly Cons: None Other thoughts: I had no idea what a difference a quality cake pan could make in the overall ease in removing the finished cake. It also bakes the cake perfectly even every time.
