Worked only one time. When I refilled it to use again, it wouldn't even go on. Very disappointed in this product. I'll do my homework next time and get a better quality one.

I just finally got around to using this. Steam comes out of every nook and cranny burning your hands. Thats if the hose doesn't blow off. I am quite disappointed. I thought I was getting an eco friendly way to clean.
