Very poor quality! Pictures show a full cover sleeve. Vinyls come in flimsy clear plastic. Very misleading and a rip off to charge Embarrassed to give as a Christmas gift to a fan.

the album arrived without an album cover and just the for vinyls in separate sleeves. Very poor customer service to sell a product that doesn't reflect the very photos it is using to sell the product

Did not come with album cover! Only arrived with plastic protective sheets. Poor quality. Very disappointed. This is a Christmas gift and I'm embarrassed to give it.

Why wouldn't it have an Album Cover??? Very disappointing to say the least. I ordered as a gift for my granddaughter and I have to explain how she has to store the records in a cardboard shipping box. I just don't think this was a decision made by Carrie Underwood or her marketing team. I ca...
