Excellent, I learnt so much with this book that I'm really grateful to Susskind. Finally, Lagrangians and Hamiltonians are explained in an understandable yet rigorous way.

Hard call, 3 stars or 4. This is maybe too brief a review/introduction, but then again, it is made (more or less) to be read/worked through in conjunction with the videos of the source lectures. And, then again, it is what the box says: the theoretical minimum.
