After years of heavy ceramic mixing bowls,I decided to get these because my old bowls were just so heavy and hard to hold with one hand,especially when trying to scrape cake batter into a pan. These bowls are a pleasure to use! They are lightweight, yet very functional. What a pleasure using them!
