I was skeptical as it is plastic with a suction bottom but so far 0 problem with it easy clean up work's beautifully as long as you don't try to crank the chit out of it I think it's awesome does exactly what I need it for I'll keep it

I'm not sure about any of the negative reviews, but so far this little grinder has worked very well. My guess is some people aren't putting it together correctly and/or forcing things, then it breaks. If you have a problem with suction, wet the bottom slightly and it will glue itself on.

I was specifically looking for a new manual meat grinder for venison. I was worried about a couple things, 1) the plastic vs metal 2) sanction cup not a actually working 3) will it grind the dang meat? This meat grinder is awesome! It is really easy to put together and to take apart. It grinds chicken really well as long as you cut it into chunks. It suctions onto the counter by turning a lever (stuck well to my counter)
