I have muscular thighs and calfs, bonobos athletic chinos have the best fit that I've found yet. I purchased a 33 waist that leaves me about an inch of wiggle room - the fit through the seat is perfect and the pant leg lays snugly against the calf without being too tight.

I bought several things from Bonobos and the fit, sewing, and labeling of all of them were such that I was not able to use any of them. To make matters worse, my repeated efforts to unsubscribe from pestering emails were to no avail.
