I have been searching for the right pan. Checking all major retailer stores. Some were so expensive! I figured I'd give this inexpensive one a shot as my introduction to a cast iron pan. It exceeded my expectations! My chicken was moist and myself and my family was pleased.

This pan is heavy, but expected to be. I plan on seasoning it more, It is big and has a ribbed bottom, great for the price. I bought the lid at another $20, it was a little pricey, but you have to have it to avoid splashing grease. I have a little 8" to heat my frozen veges or cook a small meal.
