The lid broke where it latches to hold itself on while it processes. I'm not sure how, but I have lost the blade for it. They really need to offer replacement parts!

The plastic grommet in the shredder disk broke after one use while shredding cheese. This grommet is a must in order to turn the blade. Very poor design, the product is a piece of garbage, spend more money and buy a real one. Buyer beware!

very cheaply made. I was so disappointed. the lid and chute are held together with a VERY flimsy thin plastic hinge. I can't imagine it holding up for very long. I returned it before I even used it.
