The non-stick on these pans is fantastic. These pans are perfect for omelettes. This purchase was my second because I wanted another in order to cook omelettes for a large group. The one I purchased about 5 years ago is still in perfect shape with no scratches in the non-stick surface.

I love this saute pan. Nice rubber sleeve on handle so you don't burn your hand. Non stick if you don't use metal in pan. I use mine all the time & so I bought one for both my kids for gift.
