I love the writing in these novels even though I tend to get confused. This one wasn't quite as good as the others but I still really enjoyed it.

I love Jewel ATerafin, I love the den, and I love the House war books. This one was in classic House war form, it has the typical stately writing style that West uses for these books, but it flows well. The characters are wonderful, there is plenty of drama, and Jay is coming into her own.
