First, it only displays the time and a star, when the light tab is pressed. Never was able to get a temperature display. No mention of a AC adaptor (4.5 v), not listed as an accessory. Total waste of money. Returning to Walmart.

I bought the clock for a ceiling display. The clock has it, but it doesn't stay on. You push the button to illuminate it only when you need it. Also, the alarm does not have a shut off button. Once you set the alarm, it goes off every day until you change the time or take out the batteries.

I could of swore I read somewhere before I purchased , that it was a power plug operated somewhere. But I was wrong, sorry but who has time and money to keep buying and replacing battires? I returned it.
