Well written. Interesting concept for a book. I have passed this one on to others for a good read. I wish the author had included just a bit more information though as the book was extremely short in my opinion.

I really liked the approach this book took, even though it is geared toward a certain group, but they can be applied to everyone. I liked the biblical approach that was taken a lot of leadership examples in the Bible.
