Smaller than anticipated but perfect size for a single serving. Ideal to heat up a can of soup, chili or one package of roman noodles. A bit pricy for the size in my opinion.

I own many pieces of Le Crueset iron ware. This brand is surprisingly similar in quality. The reason for a 4-star review s the handle. It is sort of cheap. The other pieces in this brand have the better quality handle that is found on my expensive French brand.

I have a set of Le Creuset flame colored and this little blue Dutch oven is a great addition at a fraction of the price. Good for heating one serving of soup. I bought this to use for melting butter. It's so cute. I think I'll buy the next size.
