I bought this lens as an upgrade from the previous model. It had one feature that truly interested me (in relation to the older model)... wide open performance. The difference in performance there was eye opening. The additional stabilization and improved sharpness were also welcome.

Finally jumped on the band wagon for this lense. Even though it is a refurb, it looks brand new and functions like it was new. I am just an amateur, but my keep rate for photo's has gone through the roof with this lense on a Canon 80D. Highly recomment this lense.

I bought this a month ago to use in low light and sports Photography. This lens is mint and I cannot see that is any different from a new lens. I would purchase one for Canon in a heartbeat.
