received cabinet today, hardware is in top drawer that is locked; key is assumed to be inside the drawer also as it was not taped on the outside of the cabinet.

I got this and straight out of the box the lock doesn't work. The key goes in and turns but does not engage anything that locks or unlocks the drawers. Very disappointed.

Love my new filing cabinet! Well packed, arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Blue color matches the room and looks fantastic!
