I purchased this area rug for my dining room. Its beautiful! The edges were a little frayed nonetheless, it was not extensive. Additionally, the material is fairly soft; as soft as it can be in my opinion. It may be bothersome to some, so its definitely something to consider. Great buy! Great price!

Purchased to put in my dining room, loved the look of the rug, however, the jute was pulling apart in places around the sides, I never used it, this was just in the package that I could see, never unrolled, just returned instead.

It's soft. Doesn't hurt my feet like other jute carpets. Not as tight and clean cut but it's nice.
