Sherwood CDC-5506 5-Disc CD Changer

The CD Changer was delivered as expected. The unboxing and set-up were relatively easy, but the product did not function at all. Nor did the remote control. As such, it was repackaged and returned. VERY DISSAPOINTING. The return process and refund went very well. Wished it would have operated.

Received the CD Changer. Hooked it up and the disc drawer would not open. Returned it.

wind i tooked out of box the cd door out and hooked up and plug in it wood not close i want my money back

The box it arrived in was in perfect shape but when I opened it I noticed the loading tray was niether in the open or closed position. As I expected, when powered up the machine tried to open or close the door but could't do either! To be fair things like this happen to all manufacturers.

When I returned the non-functioning player to the store, I was told that they did not have this model and would give me a receipt that could be used to purchase a new one online. That too was wrong. It's not available on line, so I'm still trying to get either (1) my money back, or (2) a function...
