Product arrived on time, packaging was not damaged. Had a split dowel on top and one of the bottom boards had a 1" gouge on it which appeared to be stained over but still noticeable. The stain job is uneven, thick in places and thin in others. Poor quality.

I purchased this item for my daughter for Christmas. I was putting it together and one of the arms just fell apart when I was sliding it down in its groove. I have it in the box to be returned. Because this matches her bedroom furniture, I have ordered another one for her birthday in January....
