Sharp and dishwasher safe. Do not buy the aluminum handle ones if you want to wash them in the dishwasher. When they come out you will get aluminum all over your hands. Get these and you'll be fine.

After shopping around for new paring knives, I finally found this set at Walmart.com. The quality is good. The knives have really good balance and the blades hold their edge well without requiring frequent sharpening. I would recommend this product.
