The size is smaller than expected and it itches on the waist. Can't return item at walmart store per seller instruction. Need to ship FedEx which is half the price of the item bought. Not worth the hassle.

I've always got these underwear for my daughter, the fabric has changed versus the older ones, now they are more like regular Underpants material instead of the thick cotton. They are stretchier as well. They seem to be true to size but they will shrink a little bit.
