This product works well for mirroring my macbook to my tv through an HDMI cable. I found that the sound worked well when I changed the sound to the tv in the sound preferences. I don't think I found anything wrong with this product. It is not slow at all.

I'm glad I decided to wait and purchase this off of the website. I originally purchased the $30 adapter in the store and this one works just as well for 1/3 of the price.

Works great at for 1/4 the price of the Apple part. Ship to store has some issues however. My Walmart takes about an hour anytime I go to pick packages up. It is hard to argue with free shipping however.
