I ordered this dress not realizing it was coming from another Country and not Walmart. I always buy size 3x from my local US Walmart and it is a loose fit. This 3x I received is like a size 12 or smaller. The dress is beautiful, but don't advertise it as a plus size dress when it is NOT!

The size of this dress is a bit odd, It was too tight on the bust and the hips and the neck area loose. Not happy with the dress, is there a way to get a refund or return this dress.
