not the variety that in mush when you try to use them. whole roasted peppers with some good body left. by far the best brand I have been able to find. use them on pizza, sandwiches and in salads.

Excellent peppers. I buy a jar every week and slice them into salads. Friends tell me I make the best salad. Really, it is the peppers! Ps, I always have a backup jar.

Great price, but it was under-cooked/too chewy, and the flavor was a bit off/too acidic/not sweet enough, as compared Bertolli or to Stop and Shop brands.
