After the depletions during the early pandemic, we decided to stock up. Mountain House was responsive and turned our order around quickly, arriving in time for our big trip this summer.

I mainly buy Mountain House for emergencies but not the Pasta Primavera. I had my sister taste test it and she loved it. Now I buy it to eat at home. It's great by itself or as a side dish.

Great Flavor, will try it again but with less than the 2 cups of water that the directions state, probably cut it down to 1.5 cups and see if there is a great creamy sauce that we would like to see. (Too runny at 2 cups) also will experiment with this as a base for some added chicken. Really yummy.
