It is very easy to use. Just plug it in and its ready to go in 30 seconds. It saves a lot of money and time changing cleaning products and weak pads like on swiffer wetjet. Easy to assemble.

Even for being refurbished it works just like new. I like that it constantly pumps out steam based on the setting. It's not about pumping the handle. Perfect for any hard floor. I use the highest setting to clean my bathroom and it does an amazing job!
